Clip Clop Returns Policy

General returns:
If you would like to return a product please make sure you return it in its original packaging with product tags still attached. Products must be clean and unused, any products returned damaged or dirty will not be refunded. Refunds will be processed once the goods have been received back at the shop, please allow 3-5 working days for your refund to reach your account. Products must be returned within 30 days of the date on the receipt. Returns must include the original receipt unless purchased through our website, in which case the order number and customer name should be placed inside the parcel. The parcel must be labelled clearly with the shop address;

We do not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit so we suggest that parcels being returned have sufficient loss of goods cover provided by the courier. The customer is responsible for the returns cost. We also accept returns and exchanges in-store with no exchange fee.

Exchanges:
If you would like to return a product for exchange please mail us at: info@clipandclop.com with your name, original order number and the size and colour you would like to exchange it for. The customer will be responsible for all postage costs of the exchanged product, price of postage may vary due to size and weight.

Returns Not Accepted:
We do not accept returns of riding hats due to safety and not being able to guarantee that they havent been dropped or damaged in any way. We also do not accept the return of animal feed unless the product inside is clearly mouldy or dusty.

Faulty Items:

Any items that have become faulty shortly after purchase should be brought back to the shop or emailed to us at info@clipandclop.com we will then process the return with the manufacturer of the product and advise the customer if we can process a refund. We as Clip Clop Ltd do not accept liability for products that have become faulty after use.
